We are hosting a Chef's night fundraiser on April 5. At this event local restaurants will donate food for the guests to eat. We will also a host a tricky tray the night of the event, were items will be raffled off to guests in attendance. The items donated will be displayed with their company logo. The company will also be recognized in our event programthat will be distributed to our guest. All money raised from Chef's night will go directly to the Lyndhurst Middle School  8th grade class

To Whom It May Concern,

The 8th Grade Graduation Committee will be holding a “Chef’s Night” fundraiser on
April 5th, 2022. This event is a major fundraiser for the year. Proceeds from this event are used
to help support the district’s 8th Grade Class of 2022. We are expecting 250 people at this event.
Through the years, the support of local merchants has made our events successful. Once
again, we are depending on your generosity in the form of a donation.
We are asking for a food donation of one or two of your specialty dishes served at your
restaurant. All of the participating restaurants will be recognized for their donation with signs in
front of their dishes and printed programs that will be distributed and given to each person as
they arrive for dinner. We kindly request that along with the food donation, please provide us
menus and business cards. We will be glad to send parents to pick up the food at 5 pm on
4/5/2022. A donation will give your business the opportunity to advertise to many families in
Lyndhurst that will attend our event.
If you cannot provide a food donation, we are looking for any type of merchandise or
gift certificate that you may be able to donate. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and
can be picked up prior to that evening.
On behalf of the 8th Grade Class of 2022, we would like to thank you in advance for all
of your support throughout the past and coming years. All sponsorships or donations must be
received on or by 1st in order to be included in the program. What we can do for our children
largely depends upon your support. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
