Chicago Annual Conference
Meeting/Networking for DuPage African Methodist Episcopal ChurchSep 28, 2022 8:00 AM to Oct 01, 2022 1:00 PM
The 140th Session of the Chicago Annual Conference is the annual meeting of clergy and laypersons who attend churches in the 4th Episcopal District (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Canada, and India) of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. The Conference is chaired by Bishop John F. White, Presiding Prelate of the 4th Episcopal District. Clergy and lay persons will convene to report on the work accomplished by each pastor and their respective congregation during the Conference year, 2021-2022, celebrate accomplishments, discuss issues facing their respective community, ordain new clergy and retire others, and close with the appointment of pastors to a church for the next conference year. Churches that are located in the Chicago Annual Conference are located in the six county Chicagoland area, including as far south as Kankakee and as far north as Rockford, Illinois; and from cities in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. In addition, visitors from all across the United States will attend, either in-person or virtually. We expect to impact thousands daily with your logo/company name.
