Description

We hope you support our community school and the phenomenal education children from all over the City of Los Angeles receive at CHIME Charter School in Woodland Hills.

CHIME (acronym for Community Honoring Inclusive Model Education) serves as an exemplary national and international model of inclusive education where children who are gifted, typically developing and those who have special needs are all educated side-by-side in the same classroom. Many families travel a significant distance to bring their children to this unique school, because they embrace the CHIME philosophy: All children are regarded as special, each offering their own unique skills, strengths and talents and our educational model is able to cater to each one's individual needs.

CHIME is an independent, non-profit charter school that offers free admission to those who are admitted via the lottery system. The student body at CHIME is comprised of varying socioeconomic levels, ethnicities and cultural backgrounds.

The success of our school can be attributed to many factors, including the collaboration of our outstanding onsite staff, and the support of the College of Education at California State University, Northridge, which houses our infant and toddler programs. We believe in building a community with the support of committed and highly qualified professionals and the hard work and know-how of our families, both of whom dedicate a great deal of time and passion to CHIME and its mission to support and propagate inclusive education.
Funds raised and donations will go towards important school needs such as our library, arts and music education, classroom materials, school-wide field trips, and a specialized physical education program.

We hope you will consider helping our school and supporting our mission of inclusive education with a donation to the CHIME Community Association (CCA). We would be grateful and honored to accept any tax-deductible donation or discount that you are willing to offer. Please contact Sabina Szymanski at president@chimecommunity.org if you have any questions regarding donations.

On behalf of the children, staff and families at CHIME Charter School, we thank you for your kind consideration and for valuing the education of all our children.
Best regards,

The CHIME Community Association (CCA)
