Our mission is to provide outstanding services and advocacy that promote better quality of life and equal opportunity for immigrants and other communities.

We started off as a small group of community volunteers who recognized the need to address the problems of Chinese immigrants. In 1971, we became an established nonprofit organization. Today, we assist over 30,000 unique clients each year through 150,000 touch points, providing services such as healthcare, financial planning, and even care for the youth! We strive to help our community thrive and live a better quality of life.

Each year, Chinatown Service Center hosts an annual fundraising gala to raise funds, used to create free programs, resources, services, and other opportunities to assist LMI communities. We thank our sponsors and donors by raffling off prizes we received as in-kind donations. At this gala, we wish to share our yearly impact to our communities in LA County, our goals for the upcoming year, and our pledge to continue providing services to promote better quality of life. It will be a night to remember with live entertainment and delectable food!

All funds raised in the 2023 annual fundraising gala will assist CSC to continue providing charitable social and health services to the low-income minorities in Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley. In return for your in-kind donation, we will recognize and advertise your company on all promotional materials on web and in our program books. All donations are tax-deductible.
