Hello! I am writing to request a donation from you for our local fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in memory of Levittown resident, Frank W. Ward. On July 29, 2017, we will be hosting a basket raffle fundraiser in Levittown, NY with all proceeds to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. This charity is 501c(3) tax exempt (ID# 13-1665552) and works with children affected with this debilitating disease.
