Hello! I am writing to request a donation from you to be used as a raffle prize for our local fundraiser for the MacArthur High School Senior Scholarship in memory of Levittown resident, Frank W. Ward. On September 24, 2022, we will be hosting a fundraiser in Levittown, NY with all proceeds to benefit the MacArthur High School and raise awareness for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. This charity is 501c(3) tax exempt (ID# 13-1665552) and works with children affected with this debilitating disease.
