We will also be taking this time to honor our Residents living in shared housing that are committed to their recovery and overall wellness. Donors will want to participate because of the gratitude received by the over 600 people including women & men with children that utulized shared housing that may be transitioning into independent housing. Programs and communities represented also include: Farm to Institution focusing on linking local farms to access to schools and under served communities, Suicide Prevention Council to provide support and skills, Resident Leadership Academy focusing on community driven initiatives and goals as well as many County employed individuals.
