The Chip-In for a Cause Golf Tournament, hosted by Trek For Teens (Sudbury region) is a charity golf tournament that raises donations for the youth homeless community of Sudbury, ON. Members of the community and corporate teams are welcome to join the event, and we encourage people of all ages and skill levels to participate. By coming together as a community for this event, our team is also able to spread awareness of the stigmas associated with homeless communities, and how monetary donations go directly towards supporting the youth in our community. Further, all proceeds raised during this tournament stay in the community and support the shelters and homeless youth centers. This annual tournament raised $7000 for Sudbury shelters in 2021, and we hope to surpass this monetary goal during this year's tournament.
