Please accept this letter as an introduction to We Care of Central Florida and our Inaugural “Chip In For Project Think Pink” Golf Tournament at the White Heron Golf Club on October 16, 2021, sponsored by the Fairwayers of Del Webb Orlando, for which we are requesting your sponsorship and/or donation of a raffle item.
We Care of Central Florida, is a 501.c.3, non-profit organization that provides uninsured, low-income residents of Polk County with FREE access to specialty health care, labs, diagnostics, breast care services, vision care services, and transportation to and from any scheduled health care appointment within Polk County.
Project Think Pink provides FREE mammograms and other breast care services to uninsured men and women in Polk County. In addition, We Care assures that there is the capacity to continue treatment after an abnormal finding or diagnosis of breast cancer. Last year alone We Care of Central Florida’s Project Think Pink, provided more than 950 mammograms to women in Polk County. 100% of the proceeds raised through this fundraiser go to direct patient care, and ARE NOT used for any other purpose.
The Inaugural “Chip In For Project Think Pink” Golf Tournament is a great way for your company to support a worthy cause, gain valuable exposure and get to know the residents of Del Webb and the surrounding communities. As a participating sponsor you will receive:
TITLE Sponsor (1 available) - $2,000 (1 golf team of 4, opportunity to provide branded golf items, recognition at prize holes, signage at the registration table, opportunity to provide items for golfer’s goodie bags, recognition on marketing materials, and mention on social media up to and after the event)
AWARDS LUNCHEON Sponsor (2 available) - $1,000 (Signage at lunch station, opportunity to provide items for golfer’s goodie bags, recognition on marketing materials, and mention on social media up to and after the event)
BEVERAGE CART Sponsor (2 available) - $500 (Signage on beverage carts, opportunity to provide
items for golfer’s goodie bags, and mention on social media up to and after the event)
TEE/HOLE Sponsor (no limit) - $250 (Signage at sponsored tee/hole, opportunity to provide items for golfer’s goodie bags)
RAFFLE PRIZE Donation (no limit) – (All raffle prize donors will be listed on signage at the raffle table)
