Description
Christmas is a challaging time for families that live at Oakwood Shores. A large percentage of the families are low-income hosueholds and can't afford gifts for the holidays. There are 1500 residnets that live at the site and 500 which are youth between the ages of 0-21. On December 16th, A Hand To Give will give out holiday gifts to each youth and resident that live at the site. The residnets wil recieve a free hot meal and the youth will recieve a toy for the holidays. The families will recive free coats and essential winter items. Families will have the opportuinty to participate in arts &crafts, games and take Christmas photos with Santa.
