Description

This year is the 50th Anniversary of The Churchill School and Center, and we would like you to be a part of it! Our mission is to provide an innovative and transformational K-12 learning community that empowers students with language-based learning disabilities. Our students come from all over the Tri-State area from widely varying backgrounds and experiences. And they need you!

This celebration is particularly special for us as this year marks Churchill’s 50th year of changing lives. Our event will take place on May 11th at the American Museum of Natural History. We expect over 500 people to be in attendance for what is shaping up to be an evening of celebration, connection, and joy. And this is where you come in.

When you participate in the Benefit – whether you join us for the event, donate an auction item, or choose to be a sponsor – you help every student at Churchill have a great day at school.

Your efforts mean families requiring financial assistance can send their children to Churchill. Because of you, our students can use the best technology, which allows them to overcome academic challenges. Our educators can enhance their skills through professional development opportunities that allow them to use the most innovative and effective educational methods in their classrooms. You provide access to high-quality creative and performing arts programs that allow our students to fully explore their talents in new directions. Together, we create a nurturing community where our students’ social, emotional, and academic needs are met.

Thank you for standing with children and families who are living with language-based learning disabilities and for creating a world where students with language-based learning disabilities embrace their learning differences and see limitless possibilities.
