In June, United Way of Greater New Bedford will kick off summer with Clammed Up! This event is a socially-distanced take on our long-standing Clambake tradition. Clammed Up will feature meal pickups a popular local restaurant with a meal that includes lobster, clams, chowder, and all the fixin’s of a traditional New England clam boil.  In addition to the food pickups, supporters will be able to participate in our online silent auction. This auction has become highly anticipated over the years and it thanks to community minded supporters who donate an array of items and services to be auctioned off.

The silent auction continues to be one of the most enticing and profitable elements of our event. By donating an item or service, you’ll be making a tax deductible contribution that will help United Way continue to fight for the health, education, financial stability, and basic needs of every person in Greater New Bedford. Many of our guests look forward to the array of items featured in our auction each year.

You will benefit from the exposure of your company’s name, products, or description of a gift card or services on our electronic bidding platform that will allow those unable to attend the event to still peruse the silent auction.
