To whom it may concern,
The Parent-Teacher Organization of the Clark Mills School in Manalapan, NJ is planning our annual
Spring Carnival to be held during the week of June 1, 2022. This year is a return to normalcy for the
children and staff, as the event has not been held the past two years. The carnival is open to all students
(~500), their families, and faculty of Clark Mills.
We need your help to make this year's carnival a success. We are seeking sponsorships and donations
from local area businesses to support the event. We would greatly appreciate any donation you are able
to make (including gift certificates, products, professional services, or monetary donations) to help
fundraise and offset our costs. Items will be raffled at the Carnival and your business will be
acknowledged in our event program as well as on our Facebook group.
We are a 501c3 non-profit and your donation may be tax deductible. Our tax ID is noted at the top.
