 To Whom It May Concern:

The Cleary School for the Deaf is preparing for its annual Cleary Golf Classic which will be held on June 10, 2024 at the Engineers Country Club in Roslyn Harbor, NY.  As part of this fundraiser, we will be holding a raffle/auction.  We are asking if you would consider participating in this raffle/auction by making an in-kind donation for this event.

As a not for profit 501 (c)3 organization, all proceeds from this event are donated directly to meet the needs of students attending Cleary School for the Deaf.  Cleary School is a private, state supported program that has served the Deaf community of Long Island since 1925. We provide education and related services to students who are deaf, blind and severely physically disabled.

Donations like yours ensure that we can continue our mission of empowering children who are deaf or hard of hearing to be successful in all educational and social settings by optimizing their listening, speaking and academic skills. Here at Cleary School we do this by providing a safe and secure environment in which students are physically secure, emotionally supported and treated as individual learners with unique needs.  We are committed to the ongoing development of our abilities to meet the changing and diverse needs of our students and to support their families.

As a sign of our appreciation, all contributors will be acknowledged in the event program given to all of our attendees as well as signage throughout our auction area.  Any donations will be greatly appreciated.

On behalf of the Cleary School for the Deaf, we would like to thank you in advance for making a difference in our children’s lives.  All donations can be sent directly to:
