Greetings from the 622 Education Foundation!

The 622 Education Foundation is planning our annual silent auction.  As you may know, the Foundation generates and distributes resources to our district schools to create, enrich, and expand programs that enhance the quality of education in our community. District 622 includes Maplewood, North Saint Paul, Oakdale, Landfall and parts of Woodbury and Lake Elmo (www.622educationfoundation.com).  

We impact our community via our programming, which is funded by this online auction.  During the last school year, over $25,000 was spent on our Angel Fund, supporting our families most in need, including $3,000 in boots, $1,300 on gloves, $9,000 on gift cards (ALL funded from our silent auction), and $15,000 was spent by our district’s social worker team. In May 2025, we hosted two celebration events for outstanding graduating seniors across the district for our new Award of Excellence program.  Over $12,000 in grants were awarded to graduating students; this fund is made up of support from our community as well as proceeds of the auction.  We were also able to provide fifteen $500 grants via GrantEd, directly supporting teachers and 622 staff to further support their work with students and families.   

We would like to invite you to participate in our silent auction event by donating an item, gift basket, or  gift certificate.  The online auction will be held November 13th to November 18th. In exchange for your donation, we would be delighted to promote your organization as an event participant on our Foundation’s website, on the silent auction site (www.32auctions.com/ClickforaCause), and on the Foundation’s social media pages.

In last year’s auction, we:

Raised $29,510.07, exceeding our goal of $25,622.  
Garnered over 35,700 unique page views of donated items. 
Presented over 330 items from local businesses, restaurants, and artisans to promote to our local community. Join us in showcasing your business, artistry, or talent!  
Auction donations/baskets can be dropped off at the 622 District Center, picked up from your location, or mailed to the address below. Donation deadline is November 8th by 4pm.
