CMDC on Broadway is a performance event that showcases our school's mission: the celebration of our students' dicipline, diversity, and growth over the past 10 months. We focus on making better people through the dicipline of dance, and creating an environment where all are welcome.

At our upcoming event on June 10th we are holding a silent auction to raise the necessary funds to keep our class costs low and increase our scholarships for students in financial need. Dance training can be pricey, and because of that many kids across the Chicago area will not be able to enroll in a dance program. We are a multicultural institution and accepting of all, however we specifically focus on black and brown students who are not traditionally accepted with open arms in the ballet world. Our goal is to serve those black and brown children around Chicago by giving them the opportunity to come downtown and celebrate themselves through the connection of mind, body, and spirit that dance provides.
