Camp for All Kids promotes racial diversity by bridging the opportunity gap for Black and Brown youth from St. Louis, Cleveland and Chicago to experience overnight summer camp.  We believe that camp provides a safe environment that fosters fellowship and social-emotional development, and that the entire camp community benefits from going through the experience with people from different backgrounds, lived experiences and ethnicities. We partner with seven ACA accredited camps in Wisconsin and Minnesota along with school and youth development partners in each city to deliver on our mission. 

On the program side, we are planning a 50% increase in youth served through our two core programs in Summer 2023, supporting 110 youth through our Four-Week Campership Program and 130 teens through Four Star Fellowship. Together, our programs impact 2,500 young people annually as every camper experiences increased racial diversity in the camp community.   

Under the leadership of our new full-time Executive Director, we are completing our three-year strategic plan in 2023- scaling up staff, systems, and fundraising to support our growth and sustainability into the future.  

We invite you to join us for our annual fundraiser, Cocktails Around the Campfire at Loft21 in Lincolnshire, IL.  The event is our largest fundraiser of the year, attracting more than 300 attendees.  This year, we are thrilled to honor the former owner/directors of North Star Camp for Boys, Robert and Sue Lebby, for their long-time commitment to our mission.  Guests will enjoy an evening among friends- including live music, dancing, entertainment, food, drinks, and one-of- a-kind auction items.
