Description

The Office of Alumni Relations at Jacksonville State University would like to invite you to be a part of the 2021 Cocky Cookoff BBQ Competition and Pit Party hosted by the JSU Annual Fund Board. This non-sanctioned amateur BBQ competition is a fundraising event benefiting the schools and program on campus through the JSU Annual Fund.

On August 20-21, 2021, teams will compete for the Grand Champion Cocky Grill Master title in the RV lot on Mountain Street adjacent to the JSU Stadium. On Friday night, the community will be invited to join the teams for a Pit Party featuring live music.

While the teams cook on Saturday, we will host the Cocky Cookoff Corn Hole Tournament beginning at 9:00 am. Judging for the BBQ competition will begin at 11:00 am, with awards presentations around 2:00 pm.
