The Colony Oak Parent Faculty Club is gearing up for our 8th Annual Dinner, Dance and Live Auction on March 21, 2020. The PFC is a non profit organization 501(C)(3) with an (EIN) of 68-0336667. The goal of our PFC is to help provide for our teachers and students with supplies, activities, field trips, technology and bridge the gap where public funding is lacking. Through our fundraising over the past few years we have been able to provide extra curricular’s for our school like artist in the classroom, furnishing of science labs, updating our chrome carts, smart boards in the classroom, assist with teacher supply lists and a new playground. The PFC is committed to enhancing quality student education. It is because of our fundraising we can continue to help give back to our school, teachers and students.

The Dinner Dance is our largest fundraiser of the year with a Taste of the Valley cuisine, entertainment, as well as a live and silent auction. The event is open to parents, faculty and the community as a whole. We are expecting around 300 people to be in attendance. All proceeds from the event go directly back to the needs of our school and students.

The PFC is asking that you consider either a financial or in-kind donation to our club for our dinner dance event. Any donation, monetary, sponsorship or auction item will be recognized at our event by listing your business as a donor to our event on our marketing materials. We appreciate your consideration of supporting our school as we continue to strive to provide the tools and programs necessary to challenge and develop the thinking minds of our future.
