Allies in Youth Development provides donors, advocates, volunteers, and mentors the organization they need to rescue orphans from a future of despair by providing them with human connection, life skills, and a pathway to education. The Allies mentoring program is the foundation for changing the lives of orphans through in-country volunteers who visit orphanages on a monthly basis providing not only physical needs but mental, spiritual, and socioeconomic development.  Without intervention, orphans are vulnerable to substance abuse, crime, homelessness, suicide, and becoming victims of human trafficking after they leave the orphanage.  Through sustained involvement, Allies guides the children through graduation, exposing them to positive career paths with opportunities to network with professionals and receive career guidance.  This empowers them for success in life!  Raise money to support orphans!
