The Walnut Acres Elementary Parent Faculty Club is preparing to host its annual Auction Gala on Friday, April 12, 2024. The funds we raise support critical programs such as reading and math intervention, classroom teaching aides, science and computer labs, and art and music instruction that would otherwise be unavailable to children at our public school.
A successful auction depends on great auction items and sponsorships, and you can help! Please consider a donation of gift cards, tickets to events, goods, services, a unique experience (such as a behind-the-scenes tour or other event) or a sponsorship of our event.
Our gala and online auction attract the attention of over 500 Walnut Creek families. Your gift will benefit our students, identify you as a supporter of Walnut Acres, and stimulate business between you and our school families. All donations and all donors are recognized in our online auction website, and Auction Sponsors receive advertising space in the event program and at the gala. Moreover, donations are fully tax deductible (our Tax ID# is 94-2398637).
