I am writing on behalf of Cleary School for the Deaf’s Parent/Staff Association.  We are preparing for our annual Comedy Night Fundraiser which will be held on March 9, 2019 at Gateway Comedy Club, 3845 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Ronkonkoma, NY.  This event is typically attended by about 200 community members.  As part of this fundraiser, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for the silent auction, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event.  Any donations will be greatly appreciated.

As a not for profit 501 (c)(3) organization, Cleary School is a private, state supported program that has served the Deaf community of Long Island since 1925. We provide education and related services to students who are deaf, blind and severely physically disabled.  

All proceeds from this event will go to fund school wide programs and events, that will help to enrich our student’s education.
