Dear Sir/Madam,
The Academy Avenue School Parent Council is planning its
16th Annual Spring Fundraiser. This event will be held on Saturday,
April 5, 2014 at the Sons of Italy in Weymouth.
A silent auction and raffle is being planned as part of the evening. Proceeds from the event go directly to the Academy Avenue School in order to fund technology, enhance curriculum e.g. additional science programs, pay for art and library supplies, as well as Parent Council sponsored events.
In order for this event to be successful, we need your help. We are asking for donations for our silent auction and raffle. Any interest and support you can give us will be greatly appreciated.
All donors will be recognized at the event on bid sheets and on our Wall of Donors, as well as in our Parent Council newsletter.
