With support from previous donors, this has been one of our most successful years to date. In 2023, we were able to:

·        Move to our new home within the O’Dell Women’s Center on Lyman Street in Downtown Springfield, MA

·        Provide professional interview attire to 363 women looking to change their lives

·        Graduate 2 workforce training cohorts, 86% of which are in higher education and 64% moved into our mentorship program

·        Engage 25 women in professional mentorship and, of mentees, 73% are employed, 63% are in higher education or professional training and 47% of pairs have been engaged for more than one year

·        Provide post-program support to our Professional Women's Group. Since joining the group, 84% of members have started new jobs, 21% have been offered promotions, 53% have enrolled in higher education or career training, 37% have joined boards of directors or advisory councils and 21% have moved to better housing

·        Hire 5 program graduates to reach out to yet more women in need

Together we help women in our community who are struggling to not just find jobs but to define and engage in career paths that will lift themselves and their families out of poverty. Together we change lives and improve our community for generations to come.
