The Vincent Massey Public School Community Council (SCC) would like to officially invite your organization to participate in our Community Engagement Fun Fair on Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 10:00am -2:00 p.m.
Vincent Massey Public School is a rapidly growing school community with a current enrolment of approximately 800 students.  The SCC is looking to support the families in our community by enriching our community with this fun event to foster new relationships with other members of our community and organizations and valuable resources within Oshawa.
The event – “Community Fun Fair” is aligned with the DDSB’s commitment to creating a welcoming environment where parents, guardians, caregivers and students brought together.  We would like to invite you to participate in this event in one of the following ways: 
1.     Sponsoring this event by providing a donation (between $100-$500) to cover the costs of one activity for families (i.e face painting, foam dance party, carnival style games etc).  Your logo will be displayed on communications, and you are welcome to provide a banner that can be displayed at the event.  You can set up a table beside the activity your sponsorship supports and promote your business. 
2.     Promote your services / business through donation of a prize for the raffle or the games.
3.     Host an interactive activity for families to participate in (i.e Soccer skills challenge, Basket Ball shot out lesson and challenge, Craft activity etc.)
