We are planning our community health assessment in January, where we will be bringing in local partners (public safety agencies, healthcare, philanthropies, etc.) to assess the needs of Boone County. We would like to make this an interactive day with raffle prizes throughout. We were hoping that you would be able to make some kind of donation (gift certificates, gift basket etc.) as a raffle prize. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated.
