Boone County Health Department (BCHD) is going through a community health improvement process to determine the health priorities and needs of our community. BCHD has gathered data on the issues that the County is facing and needs public feedback and input. We are hosting focus groups for the public to attend and provide this feedback. We need incentives to improve attendance.
