Every year our Y gives out over $500k in financial assistance to families in your community, so that they can have a better life. This assistance helps provide childcare & camp for youth, helps provide seniors with health programs & social interaction, helps provide families with special needs services and even helps save lives by providing free swim lessons. We don’t turn anyone away regardless of their ability to pay thanks to our financial assistance program. We give financial aid to over 2,500 people a year! In order to raise these funds we host our largest fundraiser every year, the annual NSYMCA Community Strong Event on April 28TH. The success of this event depends on support from local businesses like you who are community driven and believe in what our Y does for families, youths, seniors – everyone in our community!
