The Connecticut Morgan Open Horse Show is the primary fundraiser for the Connecticut Morgan Horse Association (CMHA). This year will be our 61st Annual Show. The event attracts barns and riders from across New England and the Mid Atlantic states. Our event not only features Professionals and Amateurs, but also Youth of all ages. in additional to our standard classes, we host a Youth Contest, Academy Classes for beginner riders, and a Therapeutic Leadline Class which gives differently abled riders the opportunity to show. All funds raised from the show are used to support the programs CMHA hosts throughout the year. Our event takes place over four days in June and is free to the attend. The show is also livestreamed for free for anyone who is unable to attend. In previous years, we have had 270 horses registered, along with their trainers, riders and their families, and many canine friends.
