The Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation® will be hosting our annual Cookies with Santa holiday fundraiser on Saturday, December 11 in Farmers, Branch. We hope that you will consider a donation for our raffle and silent auction. Your participation will make an important difference in the lives of Neurofibromatosis (NF) patients and their families and will enable the Foundation to fund vital research that may someday identify a treatment and a cure for NF. NF is an obscure neurological disorder that can cause uncontrolled growth of tumors along the nervous system and may result in disfigurement, deformity, deafness, blindness, brain tumors, cancer and even death. Although it is not well known, it affects one out of every 3,000 births. This disorder poses life-long challenges for NF patients and their families. Proceeds from the raffle and silent auction at Cookies with Santa will benefit Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation's patient outreach programs.
