Description
We are having a large cookout event to raise money for our 501(c)(3) organization. This is a free event but we are asking attendees to donate a stuffed animal. We will make all of our profit through raffles. We are looking for raffle items and will list all those who donate on our Facebook page as a thank you and also include on the event flyer. We expect at least 150 attendees and possibly more throughout this event. Any donation that exceeds $250 will be listed on our website as a sponsor.
Cuddles of Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization that donates stuffed animals to children in frightening and uncomfortable situations.
