Description

The Cobb County Police Department’s Community Affairs Unit appreciates your willingness to assist us with our fundraiser event, the 2025 Cool Cars and Cops, to benefit the Cobb County Police SWAT Santa Program. The event will be held on September 13th, 2025 at the Cobb County Civic Center from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.  You, as a sponsor, will assist us with some of the cost of the items we need to make this event successful.

The SWAT Santa Program was established in 2018 by the Cobb County Police Community Affairs Unit. The program was designed to assist families who are experiencing financial hardships during the holiday season. The parents of the chosen families provide a Christmas list for their children and our Community Affairs officers purchase the items on the list. The gifts are then delivered to the children by the Community Affairs officers in the SWAT BearCat vehicle.

We are asking for donations so that we can make this event happen and have the funds available to buy Christmas gifts for the SWAT Santa Program. All donations collected will be used by the Cobb County Police Community Affairs Unit for the annual car show event and SWAT Santa.

Levels of sponsorships are as follows. For a $250 donation your company name will be place on the back of the event t-shirt and will be mentioned on all our social media accounts. For a $500 or greater donation your company logo will be placed on the rear of the event t-shirt and will be larger than the names for the smaller donations. You will also have a space at the event if desired to set up a booth to advertise your business and will be mentioned on all our social media accounts.
