Dear Copper Hills Supporter,

Copper Hills Elementary School is a Clovis Unified School, that not only educates children from Pre-K to 6th grade, but also has an excellent special education program for those grade levels as well. In the last 6 years, our student count has grown and as a result, additional funds are needed to meet the needs of the 725 students. The Copper Hills PTC works together with teachers and administration to provide funding for supplemental programs, services, supplies, etc., that enhance the educational experience for the children of Copper Hills. To help raise these additional funds, the Copper Hills PTC is happy to host our 2nd Annual Miner Golf Tournament at Dragonfly Golf Club on Sunday, March 15th, 2020. Our event contains three different means to raise funds. The first is the tournament itself. Each player’s registration is considered their donation to the students. Second, we have a raffle in which we try to obtain a wide variety of donations to generate greater interest in our event. The third element is event sponsorship, which not only allow us to host the event, but they play a huge factor in helping us reach our fundraising goal.

The Copper Hills PTC are asking if you would be willing to help us raise money for the children by becoming an event sponsor or by donating an item for our event raffle.  Funds raised from this event will go toward a variety of supplemental materials to enhance student learning such as:

·         Updated technology such as new computers and mobile charging carts for each grade level. 

·         Water bottle filling station.

·         Electronic marquee for the opportunity to display multiple message to keep our Cooper Hills community informed and updated on coming events.

Sponsorship opprotunities range from $250 to $5,000 and each sponsorship level comes with specific benefits. Should you decide to donate you will receive advertising for your business in the form of event signage and mention in our social media and much more depending on the level of sponsorship chosen. Sponsorship levels and benefits are as follows:

         1. Raffle item Donor: Donate an item for our event raffle and receive signage at the event as well as on our various social media                                                  platforms.

         2. Silver Tee Sponsor: A Silver Tee Sponsorship requires a donation of $250 to the Copper Hills PTC. As a thank you for your donation,                                            your business will receive an 12x18 tee sign with company logo and an optional vendor booth at the event.

         3. Gold Tee Sponsor: A Gold Tee Sponsorship requires a donation of $250 to the Copper Hills PTC. In recognition of your generous                                                donation, we will include your name or business logo on four tee markers, one 12x18 tee sign, one flag displayed                                          during the round, plus an optional vendor booth at the event.

         4. Driving Range Sponsor: Requires a $700 donation to the Copper Hills PTC. Includes dividers between stalls with your company logo                                                  and a 18X24 sign at the driving range entrance.

         5. Longest Drive Sponsor: Requires a $1,500 donation to the Copper Hills PTC. Your company logo will be placed prominently on the                                                     challenge hole on 4 tee markers, one 24x36 sign, 1 flag and a complimentary foursome with lunch for each                                                   player. 

         6. Burger Bar Sponsor: Requires a $2,500 donation to the Copper Hills PTC. Your company logo will be placed prominently on each                                                    lunchbox and listed on our “Major Event Sponsors” signage placed at the registration table. You also receive a                                              complimentary foursome with lunch for each player. 

         7. Player Thank You Gift Sponsor: Requires a $2,500 donation to the Copper Hills PTC. Your company logo will be placed on the thank                 you gift that each player is given. In addition, a large 24x36 tee sign will be placed at the Gift Table with your logo and your name                 listed on our “Major Event Sponsors” signage placed at the registration table.

         8. Presenting Sponsor: Requires a $5,000 to the Copper Hills PTC. Your company will be listed as the presenting sponsor on all ads and                                             promotions for the Miner Golf Tournament both in print and online. In addition, receive prominent signage                                                     throughout the event which includes a 3x5ft banner at the registration booth, large 24x36 tee sign at raffle                                                   table, your company name listed as the presenting sponsor on the winner’s plaques and listed on our “Major                                                 Event Sponsors” signage. Your company logo will also be on our website for 1 school year. In addition, you will                                             also receive a complimentary foursome with lunch for the players.

The Copper Hills PTC is a recognized non-profit organization; therefore, any donation you contribute is tax deductible.
