Copper Mountain College (CMC), a community college in the desert of Joshua Tree, CA is working on building their Alumni Association. An accredited college since 2001, many in the local area identify with CMC as their college. In an effort to bring graduates and former students back to campus, the Foundation holds an annual Alumni BBQ at no cost to attendees. Live music, free food, games for the kids, poetry readings and giveaways are a draw on a beautiful spring Friday evening, May 8 from 5 -8 pm.
