Hello,

 We are the Vandenberg Spouses' Club located on Vandenberg Space Force Base.  Vandenberg SFB is located on the Central Coast of California, between Santa Barbara and Santa Maria.  We have a thriving base community, supporting active duty military members and their families.  

 We are writing today to ask for companies that might be willing to participate in our annual scholarship fundraising event, called "Corks and Caps".  On April 20, 2024, we will put on a wine tasting and auction event; this fundraising event provides for academic and youth sports scholarships for our military dependents.  I am a volunteer on the auction committee, and am asking businesses up and down coastal California to support our fundraising efforts by donating goods, services, or gift cards that will be auctioned off at our Corks and Caps event. We hope you can support our fundraising efforts with a donation this year.
