Every fall the Mill Creek PTA sponsors a school wide celebration called “The Cougar Fun Fest”.  It is a school community event that includes games, food, raffles, a silent auction, and entertainment.  This event is primarily for the kids to have fun with their families and classmates, but the money raised from the event is used to fund new projects for the school (i.e. new playground equipment, media center upgrades, literacy enrichment programs, field trips, etc.) Our Upcoming Cougar Fun Fest is scheduled for October 13, 2023.
 
The committee is seeking assistance for our event and we hope that you will consider making a donation to us this year.   As a thank you for your generous contribution your business will receive all the publicity we can provide; including a bold listing in our school newsletter that reaches over 620 families, a place on our “thank you” sign to be displayed at the event, a “shout out” on our school website, and the goodwill generated among our parents and teachers for your company’s generosity. 
 
We are asking for items that can be used as prizes, raffle items, and/or silent auction items for our students and families.  In the past businesses have donated items ranging from coupons & gift cards to electronics & home game systems, and up to family vacations.  No donation is too large or too small. 
 
On behalf of the PTA, Mill Creek teachers, parents and students, we would like to thank you in advance for considering a donation to benefit this event.  We know you receive many such requests and hope that you will consider making one more donation for the kids at Mill Creek Elementary School.
