Mill Creek Elementary’s (MCE) PTA is seeking sponsorships, silent auction items, and raffle prizes

from local businesses in support of our Fall 2024 Cougar Fun Fest (CFF). The annual event will take

place Friday, October 11, 2024, and will be attended by approximately 1,000 MCE students and

family members.

Our PTA depends on local businesses supporting CFF. Over the past several years, CFF proceeds

has enabled PTA to fund school priorities to enhance the student experience. Examples include: an

indoor rock-climbing wall, outdoor track, media center upgrades, literacy enrichment programs,

educational field trips, support for struggling families, and $250 grants made available to every

teacher and specialist to grow the learning experience in their respective classrooms.

The CFF Planning Committee kindly requests your participation in the ways listed below:

Silent Auction and raffle prizes items: examples include gifts cards, coupons for services or

experiences, signed memorabilia, event tickets, electronic and home game systems, and family

vacations, building blocks, pet toys, Lego, Switch games, board games, dolls, Family fun

activities.

Businesses who contribute will be recognized in the following ways:

Listing in our MCE electronic newsletter that is circulated to all student families.

Listing on the CFF Online Silent Auction website the week leading up to the event.

Listing on our MCE Facebook page (for the 2024-2025 academic year).
