The Cayuga Elementary School PTA is preparing for its annual Cayuga Cougars’ Night Out fundraiser, which will be held on Wednesday, March 15th, 2023. As part of this fundraiser, we will be holding an auction. We are asking if you would participate by donating to this event in the form of new merchandise, services, gift card/certificate(s), program advertisement(s) or simply a coupon for our swag bags.

As a not for profit organization (501(c)3), all proceeds from this event are donated directly back to the school to meet the needs of students attending Cayuga Elementary. The Cayuga PTA provides funding for cultural arts programs, guest speakers, hands on experiences and various educational events such a book fairs. The PTA also hosts after school/weekend events such as picnic, outdoor movie nights, game nights and other various parent/child activities. All monies earned from this event help students get a better school experience inside and outside of the building walls regardless of personal income.

As a sign of our appreciation, all contributors will be acknowledged on the Cayuga PTA website and Facebook page, as well as in the event program which is given to every attendee and made available to over 675 Sachem Families.

Any donation is greatly appreciated. Due to Covid-19 there has been little to no fundraising available, and we are working hard to give back to these students the best that we can. Our hope is to expand our cultural arts program and purchase technology that will support classroom learning and instruction.
