Dear Management,

This year the Countryside Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will be sponsoring a raffle the second week of May 2022 to raise a significant portion of the PTO funds for the year. We would greatly appreciate your support through the donation of a raffle item such as merchandise, service, or gift certificate.

Countryside is an inclusive school with over 375 students.  Our community of families is rich in cultural, racial, and linguistic diversity and all live in the local area. 

Our annual raffle booklet goes out to all Countryside Elementary School families and features the logos of each of our supporters, as well as contact information, prominently displayed.  We value local partnerships and always look for ways to highlight your contributions.

In addition to being a strategic advertising opportunity for families in the area, your donation supports the many academic and civic projects sponsored by the Countryside PTO for the children of Countryside Elementary School.  These include:

Creative Arts and Sciences which brings to the classroom presentations, speakers, and other programs in science, social studies, mathematics, the fine arts, and literature.
Purchase of books for both the school library and for classroom literature collections.
Purchase of educational technology to further student’s knowledge in the classroom.
Teacher professional training.
