Description

My name is Lisa Taub and I serve as the Recording Secretary on the Countrywood Primary Center’s PTA in South Huntington Union Free School District. We are currently seeking donations for our annual fundraiser that helps provide for our Arts-In-Education program to our students throughout the year. Donations go directly back to the students in the form of shows, programs, and presentations bringing immersive educational experiences directly into our K-2 school. Thanks to donations like your, this year we have been able to bring in famed children’s musician Jared Campbell who sings about anti-bullying and respect, teaching concepts at the early childhood level in a catchy manner.
Countrywood Night Out brings our community together as donated basketed are raffled off to raise funds for Arts in Education. Our event this year will take place at Bowlero of Melville on Long Island, NY on May 9, 2024 from 7-9pm. The event is open to our community. At the event, attendees receive swag bags to thank them for attending, as well as food and soft drinks and a bowling experience. During the event, attendees can place purchased raffle tickets into their choice of raffle baskets for a chance to win that basket. We have regular baskets donated by companies, such as yours, grand prize baskets which are also donated by companies, but are also higher value, and class baskets representing each classroom and organized by class parents through parent and community donations. 100% of proceeds go to this inititiave to provide students with cultural, social-emotional, educational, and arts immersive experiences through our Arts in Education programs.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
Lisa Taub
