Dear Business Owner,
We are hosting our annual Couples’ Retreat in Gatlinburg on February 24-26, 2022. We are expecting over 500 couples from surrounding states to be in attendance. We would like to promote local businesses to our guests during the meeting. I am writing to request your sponsorship of a door prize for this event; each contribution is announced in a general assembly and we encourage attendees to frequent the businesses announced.
