The Parents, Teachers, and Others organization (PTO) of Coventry Christian Schools is excited to be hosting its 27th annual auction on April 10, 2021 at CCS Events Center. As a small private school, the funds raised from this event are incredibly important to our school, used to provide students with resources vital to enriching their academic and social development throughout the school year.
With auction money raised, we have accomplished many great things such as sponsoring family fellowship activities (fall festival, 100th day of school, etc.), funding a portion of the gym floor, annual teacher allowances, staff development and student needs. The funds we are raising this year will not only go towards supporting these continuing activities, but will also go towards initiating new ones.
In preparation for this event, which has historically become the PTO’s largest and most impactful fundraiser, we have begun the process of collecting donations for our silent and verbal auctions. While we realize that you may receive requests from other local organizations seeking donations or sponsorships and that it is not always possible to give to all, we are hopeful to have the opportunity to partner with you. Any support you can offer will help to bring our PTO closer to its goals and will 100% directly benefit our students.

We are grateful for the blessing of any and all! Still, due to the countless volunteer hours that go into the coordination of this event and our commitment to providing every donor and supporter with attentive care, we respectfully request that all donations be secured no later than March 26, 2021.
