Dear Potential Creekfest Donor,

One of the greatest things about Philadelphia Elementary School is that the school has always had the reputation of being one that is strongly anchored in our community. What makes this special is the relationships that exist and continue to exist between our school family and the families outside of our walls. The partnerships that have been created continue to push Philadelphia Elementary School to be one of the best in the area.

It is once again time for our single schoolwide fundraiser of the year, Creekfest. In the past, Creekfest has been a huge success and it is in no small part to donations from our wonderful community and its partners. This year, we once again would love to ask for your support. As we continue to focus on getting better every day, needs arise that we would like to address to keep our school safe and on the cutting edge of academic performance. This year, Creekfest will take place on Friday, October 21st.

This year, we will continue to add safety measures to our building that will help keep our students and staff safe while also continuing the tradition of having a campus our community can be proud of. Alongside this, we will continue to upgrade our playground areas and keep our educational technology on the cutting edge for our student and staff success.

We certainly appreciate you taking time to read this request and would love to ask you to support our cause this year and continue to do so moving forward. Philadelphia Elementary School is a special place that prides itself on relationships. This event is a perfect example of this. Creekfest is a huge event and one that your business will be recognized as being an integral part of. We will continue recognizing any business that contributes 100 dollars or more with a sign that will be displayed beside the creek for the school year.
