The Stanislaus Area Crime Stoppers is holding a fundraiser Crab Feed on March 16, 2024. We are reaching out to our community to ask for their help with donations to make this event a success, which is for the sole benefit of the success of the Crime Stoppers program in Stanislaus County.

Stanislaus Area Crime Stoppers has been serving Stanislaus County since June 2005. To date, we have assisted Law Enforcement in capturing 522 fugitives. Crime Stoppers provides a 24 hour service to the community where persons with information on crimes/wanted fugitives can call or send in a web/mobile tip anonymously.

This service is provided at no cost to Law Enforcement and the community. Crime Stoppers is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) program that pays cash rewards to persons with information on crimes/fugitives that leads to an arrest. Program costs are offset by annual fundraisers, donations and sponsorships.

Students Speaking Out is another program that Crime Stoppers runs for students of Stanislaus County. Students with information on crimes or persons wanted by Law Enforcement can call or send a web/mobile tip 24 hours a day and remain anonymous. All callers are provided with a tip number for anonymity purposes and for claiming rewards.

We are currently seeking donations in the form of monetary donations and raffle basket items for our first ever Crime Stoppers Crab Feed. The event will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024, in Modesto, California. We will have over 300 in attendance.
