This unique Golf Tournament will support CRT's Meals on Wheels Program. 

CRT's 21st Annual Meals on Wheels Golf Classic is being held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Tunxis Country Club in Farmington, CT. The event will once again benefit CRT's Meals on Wheels Program which prepares and delivers hot, nutritious meals to medically homebound seniors across Central Connecticut. We need your help to keep these important services on the road. This valuable service helps to support the independence and well-being of the seniors being served in our community, providing them with up to 14 meals per week, and no one is denied a meal if they are unable to pay. On top of making sure seniors are fed healthy meals, CRT's Meals on Wheels drivers also provide vital wellness checks on everyone living in the home. In short, Meals on Wheels saves lives. 

We foster independence and skill-building while guiding individuals, families, and entire communities toward a long-term stable, and more successful future. We recognize that participants experience longer-term benefits from a holistic approach to case management. Through our “Steps to Success” case management process, we offer the opportunity to address a wide range of needs and challenges to help participants build a better future for themselves and their families.
