Event will start at 12:00 p.m. and end at 7:00 p.m.  Entry is FREE.

All monies donated are non-refundable.

First Come First Served on all pints.

All glassware will be for donation.  No beverages will be poured into the glassware.

Silent Auction will start at 3:00 p.m.  Last Bids will be asked for at 5:25 p.m.  Auction closes at 5:30 p.m.   Payments will start being accepted immediately and all winning bids must be paid by 7:00 p.m.

Cash, Debit, Credit Cards and Checks will be accepted for donations.
