Dear Donations Coordinator:

We are raising funds to help patients undergoing cancer treatments, stoke and heart attack treatment, TBI treatments and more, crush their diseases and save their lives.  The patients are being treated at the UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center (“CTRC”) and University Hospital in San Antonio, TX which was founded in 1974 and is one of three leading academic research and treatment centers designated by the National Cancer Institute and is designated as a 501(c)(3) by the IRS.

We would like to organize and run a “pay to play” weekend September 6-7, 2019 for a variety of gaming options.  Would you be able to provide an adventure for us to run during this event, miniatures, paints, board games, silent auction items, or the like ?  We would like to host the event at a local gaming shop and will be more than happy to post in print and media that you are a donator to this event.  A donation of any kind (module, dice, handbooks or more) would be greatly appreciated.
