The Paluxy River Children's Advocacy Center in Granbury has the mission to promote the healing of child abuse victims---one child at a time. This is done at our agency through: Forensic Interviews, Family Advocacy, Multi-Disciplinary Team Counseling, Prevention Education, and Outreach. In fiscal year 2021 the PRCAC staff conducted: 2,743 counseling sessions, 455 forensic interviews, 1,002 family advocacy sessions, and 9,657 people were reached by prevention presentations.

We are preparing for our biggest fundraiser (Crystal Gala) on Feb. 19, 2022 in Granbury and are looking for auction items. We do both silent and live auctions. All of the money raised goes back into our agency for the services provided to the children we serve. You can read about our fundraiser at: paluxyrivercac.org/events. Should you donate, your company will be advertised on social media, in the event program, in the slide presentation at the event and thanked in the Hood County newspaper following the event. Its great publicity and it will be great exposure in the three counties (Hood, Erath and Somervell) that we serve. And of course, it’s tax deductible.
