Our foundation is hosting a fundraising event to raise funds in preparation for the next CTMOM Free Dental Clinic where we will treat 1400 underserved members of Waterbury and surrounding communities with over $1 million in free dental care and oral education at a two-day event. CTMOM will take place at Wilby High School in Waterbury on November 9-10 staffed by over 800 dedicated medical, dental, and community volunteers. Access to dental care in our state is a public health concern and it's our foundations mission to provide charitable dental services to vulvernable populations who would otherwise go without the care they desperately need. Since 2008, our clinics have treat 22,269 patients with $14.7 million in free dental services by hosting the CTMOM clinic each year is various locations throughout the state. Many patients return year after year as they consider us to be their dental home with no other option for treatment. Our foundation and its clinics are funded soley by grants, sponsorships, in-kind, and individual donations that have become increasingly difficult to option since the pandemic. This fundraiser will help support the foundation's operations in the planning process for the next clinic.
