We help job seekers and recruiters get connected in the St. Louis region to ensure our community stays strong economically.  We are not the traditional networking organization. We stand out by hosting events that are tailored to helping job seekers improve their skills through coaching and support. In turn, we work with recruiters to provide access to our database that houses thousands of resumes for talented job seekers. We know it's not just about filling roles, it's about finding the right fit. Through a partnership, we help recruiters retain people longer by connecting them with qualified candidates.
